Europe. The land of green.

The Atlantic is a cruel mistress. I flew all day and slept on the turbulent waves. The water was warm when it flowed from the south, but there were some icy winds blowing from the north. Ooh the flying was hard work.
I don't know how long I was flying, but it felt like I spent my whole life on those waves. I don't think I'll do that again. Ever. Never back to the states. Makes me feel kinda homesick knowing I can never go home. I'll just have to make do with the rest of the world!

I landed on the first piece of land I saw. It was all rocky and stuff right beside the sea. The I flew further and everything was green. I thought it was just a field or something, but it was green everywhere. I flew all day and saw nothing but green. I am seriously confused.
I chatted to some natives, as I've found it's the best way to learn about the area. They said I was in Ireland, the west. The pigeons were just plain grey. They seemed happy though. Plenty of pickings they said, even though I hadn't seen a single person all day.
It definitely was nothing like the city. There was no one there. I saw a few big scary animals that I had never seen before. They were black and white and made this horrible moaning sound. They seemed harmless but I didn't get too close just in case..

They looked like this. I thought they were terrifying.

Two days of very-green-flight later...

There were lots more scary animals and some other weird things too.

I don't think I like the countryside.. It's really quiet and I don't know where to get nice food..

It's just not suited for a pigeon like me.

The natives told me how to get to the "Big City" as they called in. Dubbin or something. I arrived this morning, I think. It's not exactly the "Big City". It's a tiny little town. I was looking for a perch to chill out for a while, and then I realised I'd flown out of the city again.

It's also the greenest city I've ever seen. The layout seems to be;

Building - tree - tree - tree - grassland - road - tree - tree - tree - tree - grass - field - building.

It's barely a city. Really.

I get well fed in the park though.

:3

I have to admit, the fields are nice in the "city". In the country there was too much and there were scary things all over the place.

Case in point

But in the "city" there's just a nice amount of greenery. It's not what I'm used to at all and I miss the city, but it's definitely different.

I asked the local pigeons if I was in the city and they said it was the biggest city in Ireland, but if I wanted a real city I should fly over to Inglann or something. I couldn't understand their accent.

They pointed me in the right direction though.

I guess I'm off, so.
